Charlie was a Fairy at Thea’s 3rd bday on September 23rd. All the kids loved her and she was really entertaining. She did a great job face painting and the kids (and parents!) loved the games. She was flexible and friendly, and went out of her way to ensure the kids were having a good time. Thanks again Charlie. 🙂
